Chambre d'hote | Bed & Breakfast

Welcome,

Château de La Serre - Bed & Breakfast...

The charm of the past,

Witness of many religious wars, this elegant Residence offers the charm and mobility of yester year with all the modern conveniences.

Chateau de La Serre is the ideal place for stopover in “Pays De Cocagne”. Here you will be warmly welcomed.

A warm welcome,

The guestrooms have been completely renovated. The décor and furnishing of each room depict a different period so that each room has a particular cachet. Each room also has a luxuriously appointed en suite.
In the grounds of the Chateau there is a forest where one can stroll at leisure, a swimming pool, surrounded by a park with beautiful flowerbeds, and magnificent old trees.

Chateau de La Serre, Bed & Breakfast, is the ideal place to enjoy all the pleasures of life whether it be simply resting, touring the local region or enjoying it's local gastronomy.

Within 15 kilometres of the Chateau you can enjoy many sports, such as tennis, fishing, horseback riding, 18 holes of golf, nature walks and boating.

In a unique region.

The Languedoc has a wealth of cultural sites. Here you will discover Castres with its Goya Museum and the frantic chaos of the Sidobre. On the other side of the Black Mountains you can discover the isolation of the Castles of the Cathars. These Castles, dating back to the XIth and XIIth centuries, are often located in dramatic, isolated country areas and are a powerful site to behold.

You can climb the fortified walls of the city of Carcassonne. Toulouse, the “Pink City” will delight you. Then after having encountered Toulouse Lautrec, as it were, and discovered with the Cathedral of Albi, one can find many souvenirs whilst meandering through the medieval lanes of Cordes, the “City of Artists”.

Lovers of food will find all they can wish for to satisfy their tastes while they tour the region, as the south west offers a great variety of culinary delights.
